United Fairway increases the membership of Strangers by 25%

At the United Fairway Lodge Xmas Meeting, Bro. Darren Stranger became the fourth member of the Stranger family to join the Lodge. W.Bro.Frank, father of Darren, had the pleasure of conducting his Son as Jrn. Deacon through the Initiation ceremony whilst Darren's Uncle Jim (Lodge Secretary) and Cousin, Stuart (next years Inner Guard) proudly looked on.

The Lodge continued in it's tradition of conducting the Xmas ceremony by candlelight, along with the Temple being copiously decked with holly, supplied by it's founder W.Bro. Sam Goddard.

At the Festive Board, Christmas carols were sung to the accompaniment of Mrs Jenny Evans, who was presented with a cheque from the Lodge of £250.00, destined for the McMillan Nurses charity.
