At the Elsenham Lodge, April 2002 meeting, their replacement Lodge Banner was dedicated in the presence of  W.Bro. Peter Holland, Asst. Prov. Grand Master, W.Bro. A.E. Kemp, Deputy Grand Superintendant, and W.Bro. F.A.D Harris, 2nd Prov.Grand Principal.

Walden Lodge member, completes the London Marathon  

Walden Lodge No 1280's latest member, Bro. John O'Brien completes the London Marathon and sends thanks to the members in the following Email:-

This is an email to the whole of the Walden Lodge. I would like to thank everyone who had sponsored me running the London marathon and raising money for a charity called "Dreams Come True".
This charity has been going for 13 years helping to bring some magic into the lives of seriously and terminally ill children all over Great Britain. The sum of money that I've collected so far is Three hundred and eighty six pounds and I've been promised a further sixty pounds in the next few days.
Once again thank you for all your support, I'm looking forward to the next Lodge meeting in October. My initial meeting into the lodge was truly wonderful and I'm very happy to be part of the Walden Lodge.
