| Following a successful Re-Dedication
Ceremony, The Provincial Grand Master, Rt. W. Bro. Col. Sir Neil Thorne OBE,
TD, DL, in his address at the Festive Board announced that it
was his intention to promote W.Bro. J.W. Emmerick PPGStwd. to Past
Provincial Grand Sword Bearer at the Provincial Grand Lodge Meeting in
March 2002.
